Elby Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Controller for a reputable manufacturing client in Waterloo, ON. This hybrid role supports growth with hands-on accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements, reporting to the senior finance leader and guiding the accounting team.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA designation (completed or in progress), and 4+ years of progressive experience, with solid Excel and reporting skills.
