Modine Manufacturing Company in Calgary seeks an experienced Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead lean initiatives, reduce costs, and improve product quality. You will collaborate with engineering and production to optimize layouts, workflow, and equipment uptime, while driving APQP, 8D problem solving and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and solid CAD skills (SolidWorks/Solid
