Bath Fitter is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to partner with manufacturing operations and contribute to the employee experience. You will support managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar HR role within manufacturing, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and a CRHA/CRIA designation or eligibility.
