- Operate wireline cable manufacturing equipment effectively
- Perform quality inspections and complete set-up checklists




- Document all processes thoroughly and immediately report issues
- Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions to prevent failures
- Participate in safety and efficiency improvement initiatives Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
- Ability to lift 45 lbs unassisted
