Cielo Verde Québec Inc., founded in 2021, is a GACP-certified Canadian producer of high-THC medical and recreational cannabis serving regulated markets in Canada and abroad. The company operates more than 100,000 square feet of advanced indoor cultivation space across two facilities in Québec, combining large-scale capacity with strict quality controls.

Cielo

Verde holds federal licenses for cannabis research, cultivation, processing, and sales, enabling robust domestic supply and international medical cannabis exports.

We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager to oversee the management and development of our Bud Lafleur, Carnaval and Cielo Verde brands while supporting our presence in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and export markets.

This position combines brand management, product development and provincial product calls, event coordination and sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful and able to coordinate multiple projects and departments while ensuring that submissions, launches and marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

· Manage and develop the Bud Lafleur, Carnaval and Cielo Verde brands.

· Oversee brand content, social media, websites and corporate communications.

· Develop and execute content strategies, marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions and brand activations.

· Manage relationships with influencers, product reviewers, agencies and external partners.

· Create marketing tools, presentations, product sheets and promotional materials to support sales representatives and retail partners.

· Support product launches and ensure consistent brand positioning across all markets.

· Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.

· Manage customer inquiries,



communications and complaints related to the company’s brands.

· Coordinate marketing, digital and promotional projects with internal teams and external partners.

Provincial Product Calls

· Monitor provincial product calls, submission periods and deadlines.

· Review the requirements and eligibility criteria for each product call.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

· Coordinate the information required from the Product, Sales, Production, Quality and Finance teams.

· Gather and verify product information, including formats, specifications, pricing, availability, production capacity and launch timelines.

· Prepare and submit complete product proposals, presentations and supporting documents to provincial boards.

· Coordinate the creation and management of SKUs, GTINs and other required product information.

· Maintain an organized calendar and tracking file for current and upcoming product calls.

· Follow up on submitted products and communicate decisions, deadlines and updates internally.

· Ensure all information and supporting documents are complete, accurate and submitted on time.

· Track product sales and performance following acceptance and launch.

Product Development and Compliance

· Collaborate with internal teams on product development and market positioning.

· Coordinate the review and approval of packaging, labels and product content before production.





· Ensure that product submissions, packaging, marketing materials, campaigns and events comply with applicable laws and the requirements of the provinces.

· Monitor the Quebec and Canadian cannabis markets, competitor products and consumer trends.

Conferences and Events

· Plan and coordinate conferences, seminars, trade shows and other industry events.

· Manage registrations, schedules, suppliers, promotional materials, presentations and other logistics.

· Coordinate internal participation and ensure all required materials are prepared in advance.

· Represent and promote the company’s brands at industry events, when required.

Qualifications

· Education in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.

· Experience in marketing, brand management, product development, product coordination, event planning or a similar role.

· Excellent written and spoken French.

· Good working knowledge of English.

· Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Resourceful, creative, autonomous and proactive.

· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Experience preparing product submissions, proposals or tenders is an asset.

· Experience coordinating conferences, seminars, trade shows or corporate events is an asset.

· Experience in the cannabis or consumer packaged goods industry is an asset.

· Knowledge of the provincial cannabis boards and the Canadian cannabis market is a solid asset.

· Experience with social media, website management or digital marketing is an asset.
