Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Coquitlam, BC. This role supports day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, drafting marketing copy, and assisting with sales outreach to help grow Coquitlam AI’s client base.

The Marketing

Coordinator will manage project timelines, organize marketing assets, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and client communications.

Responsibilities include planning and supporting events or promotional initiatives, maintaining digital channels, and tracking basic performance metrics across marketing activities. The position involves regular communication with partners and prospective clients, contributing to a consistent brand presence across the Tri-Cities, Metro Vancouver, and beyond.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear client outreach, marketing copy, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize campaigns, events, and multi-step marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should have familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email) and basic analytics or reporting tools.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, creative environment.
- Candidates should ideally have post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in advertising, creative studios, or working with consumer brands is an asset.
