About the role

Thryve is building an all-in-one platform for university students - notes, flashcards, quizzes, calendar, AI chat, and more, all in one place. We're looking for two people to co-own the day-to-day of our organic marketing operation: running our UGC creator program, managing content across platforms, and handling the dozen small things that keep a fast-moving marketing team from dropping balls.

This isn't a "big picture strategy" role. This is the person who makes sure everything actually gets done, tracked, and organized, and who can be trusted to run with a task without needing it explained twice.

Who you are

- Competent.
- A quick learner.
- Someone who doesn't need to be told what to do. If you see the gap, fill it.
- Dedicated. You show up consistently, not just when it's interesting.
- You catch your own mistakes.
- You can look at a messy list of ten things and know what matters most, without being told.
- You push back when something's actually wrong instead of going along.
- Equally fine writing a script and ordering merch. Sometimes we’ll need less exciting tasks carried out.

Examples of things you might do

- Manage our UGC creator program - briefs, approvals, communication, Discord
- Source and screen creators, freelancers, and testers as needed
- Build and maintain a content calendar across all platforms
- Set up and monitor tracking so we know what's actually working
- Run email marketing campaigns
- Organize assets (Drive folders, ad libraries, content archives)
- Jump on small, unglamorous tasks. This role is strategic and administrative in the same breath
- Fine with being on camera for our Instagram/TikTok pages

Skills (not all required but a willingness to learn them is)

- Copywriting / scriptwriting
- Comfortable briefing and directing UGC creators
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Canva or basic graphic design
- Comfortable working in an analytics dashboard
- Discord community management
- Email marketing platform experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
