Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mason to join our dynamic construction team. As a Mason, you will play a vital role in creating durable, aesthetically pleasing structures by working with various materials such as brick, stone, concrete, and block. Your expertise will contribute to both new construction projects and restoration or renovation efforts, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute masonry work.
- Prepare work surfaces by mixing mortar, cement, or other materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on masonry work or related trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels.




- Familiarity with power tools including mixers, saws, drills, and grinders.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of renovation techniques and restoration processes for historic or damaged structures.
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely for material handling when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure quality craftsmanship.
