Department: Supply Chain
Reports To: Material Manager The Materials Coordinator / Shipper Receiver is responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and distribution of project materials for the Lynn Lake Gold Project. Reporting to the Material Manager, this site-based role provides warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material control services that support construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.
Shipping, Receiving and Material Control
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
- Maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and material transfers.
Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Maintain warehouse facilities and laydown areas.
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform material preservation activities.
Documentation and Systems Management
- Maintain receiving, shipping, inventory, and turnover documentation.
- Utilize SAP, Oracle Unifier, and related systems.
- Generate inventory and material status reports.
Safety, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Comply with all site safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives.
Education and Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving,
or inventory experience.
- Industrial construction, mining, or EPCM experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle Unifier, and inventory systems is an asset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

- Site-based position located at the Lynn Lake Gold Project.
- Two (2) weeks on / two (2) weeks off rotational schedule.
- Accommodation and travel provided in accordance with company policies.
- Work performed in warehouse, laydown yard, office, and active construction environments.

Salary Range: $62,250 - 112, 150 CAD The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
