Centre seeks an MDR Operator for casual call-ins, involving day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and sterilization of medical equipment, supporting our mission of delivering exceptional care. This role requires a commitment to patient and family-centered values, reflecting a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain medical equipment for secure distribution
- Wrap and sterilize instruments following established protocols
- Adhere to patient-centered care principles rigorously
- Work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
- Maintain compliance with the Hospital's Code of Conduct Requirements:
- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Current MDRAO certification, with recertification every five years
- Knowledgeable in asepsis and O.R. instrumentation
- Working understanding of sterilization techniques
