We are currently seeking a Field Equipment Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of equipment such as Generators, Light Towers, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts and Telehandlers at a customer site. This is a full time position for a mechanically inclined professional who thrives working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys solving problems in a remote environment. Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery at various job sites Repair assorted heavy equipment as required to ensure proper operating condition at the job site Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and propane systems Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs,



battery replacements and assorted services Recondition and replace assorted parts of the heavy equipment Must be able to operate and test equipment such as boom lifts, forklifts, compressors, portable and stationary generators, hydraulics, pumps and assorted tools and equipment Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs Build positive relationships with customers Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude.

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the job. Must have Journeyman Mechanic (Off Road) Certificate or Red Seal in HET. Ability to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check At least 3-years’ hands on experience working on Aerial Equipment and Generators.

Class 5 license. According to site regulations, all candidates must be clean shaven. 60-62 per hour ~$1,500/month living allowance provided until camp accommodation becomes available, at which time the allowance will cease. ~7 Days On / 7 Days Off rotation ~84 hours per rotation ~ Overtime is only calculated once you work past your 7 days or more than 12 hours in a day.
