Nieco, LLC in Windsor, California is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to bring concepts to production-ready solutions. You will design, develop and optimize mechanical systems for commercial cooking equipment, creating 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll build prototypes, test performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive manufacturability and reliability across the product lifecycle. This in office role offers growth and impact.
