Define metrics, success criteria, and analysis plans based on business objectives. Produce and present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders. Leverage data from multiple sources to develop an integrated view of marketing performance.

Ensure rigor in the use of data required for analyses, in collaboration with the teams concerned. Contribute to the continuous improvement of measurement and analytics practices. University degree in marketing, analytics, business intelligence, statistics, economics, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing performance analysis, digital analytics, attribution, or business intelligence applied to marketing.

Experience analyzing campaigns, digital channels, and customer journeys.



Solid knowledge of marketing performance, attribution, key performance indicators, and ROI concepts. Knowledge of experimentation methods, including A/B testing. Ability to interpret data and formulate business recommendations. Good understanding of marketing platforms and their performance data. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a highly regulated industry is an asset. Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Demonstrates expertise in marketing performance analysis, including proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and A/B testing methodologies. Capable of interpreting complex data to provide actionable business recommendations and optimize marketing strategies.
