Medical Equipment & Rehab Supplies Sales Associate

(New Mall Store – Help Build the Culture)

Overview

We are opening a brand-new medical equipment and rehabilitation supplies store in the mall and are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join us from the start. This is a rare chance to help shape the store’s culture, energy, and standards while earning strong commission on your sales. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and want to be part of building something from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and engage customers in a busy mall environment
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right medical equipment and rehab products
- Conduct product demonstrations and fittings (mobility aids, braces, supports, etc.)
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize every sale
- Deliver excellent customer service and product education
- Help create a positive, professional, and high-energy store culture
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Work toward personal and store sales targets





What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or the medical/rehab equipment industry
- Strong retail sales background (high-ticket or consultative selling preferred)
- A positive, qualified attitude and the desire to help build a great team culture
- Ability to confidently engage customers and close sales
- Willingness to learn product knowledge quickly
- Reliable and available for mall retail hours (including weekends)

Compensation

- Competitive base pay + attractive commission structure

Expected hours: 56.0 – 60.0 per week
