As a Medical Facility Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- eskale situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment.

- Position: 14 days Rotational Schedule ( Day and Night shifts) Day shift hours 7 Am to 7 Pm and Night Shift hours 7 Pm to 7 Am

Responsibilities For Medical Facility Security Guard

- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Responding to code
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions takenRespond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications For Medical Facility Security Guard

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
- Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Tactical experience (Asset)
- Customer service oriented
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
