Job Class: Full Time/Permanent – 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) Location: WELL Health – DERM Lab Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 CAD per hour We are a vibrant medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic with 4 physicians, located in the heart of Lonsdale. Administrative duties - answer a high volume of phone calls and emails, greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals and results, and handle private payments. Lab duties - prepare laboratory specimens (biopsies) for send out, dispose of ssssssssssscontaminated supplies, sterilize medical instruments (autoclave).

Patient care duties – Coordinate patient care through the clinic, check in, prep, and escort patients to exam rooms, prepare exam rooms, answer questions,



provide post-appointment advice, run the UVB machine, monitor the waiting room and manage the flow. Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.
