Grace Medical Clinic - Sage Hill, NW Calgary

Grace Medical Clinic is hiring one full-time, on-site clinical team member. We welcome applicants from any of the following backgrounds:

- Medical Office Assistant (MOA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)

Phlebotomy certification or hands-on venipuncture experience is strongly preferred for all three streams.

About Us

Grace Medical Clinic is a four-physician family practice and walk-in clinic in Sage Hill, serving NW Calgary since 2025. We provide comprehensive family medicine, walk-in care, chronic disease management, respiratory and eye clinic services, and in-house lab and ECG diagnostics in a modern, well-equipped facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
- Conduct ECG testing and set up Holter monitors
- Apply and monitor 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure devices
- Room patients, record vitals, and assist physicians during examinations
- Handle patient communications, recalls, and results follow-up
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR
- Support Medical Office Assistant duties as needed - booking, registration, referrals, faxing
- Keep clinical areas stocked, clean, and compliant with infection-control standards

Qualifications





- Current registration in good standing with CLPNA (LPN) or CRNA (RN), or a recognized MOA diploma/certificate
- Phlebotomy certificate or demonstrated venipuncture experience - strongly preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in a family practice or walk-in clinic setting
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with Med Access EMR an asset
- Solid communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment

- Competitive hourly wage based on credential and experience: MOA $22-26/hour, LPN $30-34/hour, RN $38-44/hour
