We’re looking for a Showroom Consultant to be the front-line connection point between our customers, sales team, and service teams. From welcoming customers into our showroom to answering calls, qualifying leads, coordinating installations, and helping resolve customer concerns, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless customer experience.

If you’re organized, customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you. Welcome and assist walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries and help resolve concerns Provide information on our window, door, and installation products and services Capture and qualify leads from phone, email, and online inquiries and enter them into our CRM Book showroom product installations and coordinate with sales and service teams Support customers with payment processing, account setup, and payment follow-up Maintain accurate electronic customer records and documentation Support the sales team and Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) as needed Maintain strong product knowledge and keep showroom displays and literature current Help ensure every customer interaction is qualified, responsive, and positive High School diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset ~3–5 years of strong customer service experience ~ Industry experience in windows and doors, construction, building supply, or manufacturing is an asset ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and quoting software experience is an asset ~ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ~ Professional, courteous,
