Summary:

Assures departmental operations/functions and assists with hospital regulatory compliance with the credentialing and re-credentialing processes requiring Medical Staff committee approval. Assists with monitoring practitioner membership and privileging eligibility and maintains credentialing and other Medical Staff Office data bases.
