Michael Garron Hospital is seeking a Drug Access Facilitator to coordinate and evaluate programs that help patients access medication reimbursement. You will review patient medication histories, support reconciliation, and work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers and pharmacists to optimize access for renal and oncology patients.

The role involves advising patients and families, engaging with agencies, and supporting hospital teams in navigating Ontario drug reimbursement mechanisms.
