We are committed to ending homelessness, one person at a time.The Mental Health and Addictions Case Manager provides Intensive Case Management and Short-Term Case Management services to people throughout downtown Toronto who are experiencing challenges such as severe and persistent mental health issues, substance use, poverty, housing instability, trauma, legal involvement,



and health complications.
