Take a lead role in patient care as a Mental Health Nurse Educator at Michael Garron Hospital. Drive clinical excellence through innovative educational programs and processes for mental health services. As a Clinical Resource Leader (CRL) at MGH, you will report directly to the Director of Mental Health & Substance Use.

Your 5+ years of clinical and leadership experience will ensure that mental health patients receive quality care aligned with hospital goals. In collaboration with the Manager of Mental Health Services, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and oversee mandatory education for staff. Design and implement educational programs for mental health staff

- Collaborate on patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Evaluate staff performance and clinical competency
- Promote the qualified growth of direct care providers Minimum 5 years in acute care mental health
- Experience in outpatient/community mental health
- Knowledge of adult education theory and practices
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with clinical software and project management Elevate mental health care standards at MGH while enhancing staff capabilities and patient safety.
