In collaboration with the Manager of Mental Health Services, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and oversee mandatory education for staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement educational programs for mental health staff

- Evaluate staff performance and clinical competency
- Promote the professional growth of direct care providers Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in acute care mental health
