Healing Journey Collective is a boutique counselling practice in Calgary providing individual and couples therapy to adults. We are seeking a grounded, relational, and trauma-informed therapist to join our growing team.

This position is well suited to a clinician who values thoughtful, evidence-informed practice, cultural responsiveness, collaboration, and autonomy. The successful candidate will provide in-person therapy from our Calgary office, with the opportunity to also provide virtual services to clients across Alberta.

Who We Are Looking For

We are currently accepting applications from:

- Registered Psychologists
- Registered Provisional Psychologists who have an external supervisor
- Registered Clinical Social Workers/MSWs who are authorized to provide clinical counselling services

Qualifications The ideal candidate:
- Is registered and in good standing with their applicable Alberta regulatory body
- Is available to provide in-person services in Calgary
- Is available for evening and weekend appointments
- Is trained in EMDR or currently completing EMDR training
- Has training or experience in other trauma-focused or somatic approaches
- Has training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, with Level 1 required and Level 2 preferred, or has substantive training in another recognized couples therapy modality
- Is comfortable working with both individual and relationship concerns
- Demonstrates a robust commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Values cultural humility and is comfortable working with clients from diverse identities, backgrounds, relationship structures,



and lived experiences
- Maintains strong ethical, clinical documentation, communication, and professional boundaries
