ROLE:

The Merchandising Associate supports daily store operations by keeping assigned areas stocked, organized, clean, and customer-ready. This role is responsible for replenishment, product facing, order-picking support, minor merchandising updates, and maintaining presentation standards throughout the business day.

This is a hands-on, physical role that requires regular manual work, including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and safely moving product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain assigned areas by keeping products stocked, front-faced, organized, and properly presented.

· Complete daily replenishment from overhead storage, warehouse inventory, and other stock locations.

· Support minor planogram updates and merchandising changes according to company standards.

· Identify and report inventory shortages, empty shelf space, and merchandising concerns.

· Keep displays, fixtures, aisles, and merchandising areas clean, safe, and customer-ready.

· Support order-picking and fulfilment activities, ensuring orders are staged by required deadlines.

· Communicate completed work, concerns, and follow-up needs to the Retail Space Planner.





REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous retail, warehouse, merchandising, replenishment, or order-picking experience is an asset.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising standards and planogram direction.

· Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.

· Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 50 lbs.

· Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
