- Enforce health and safety programs across operations

- Optimize drilling, blasting, and truck functions
- Administer safety and environmental policies
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams Requirements:
- Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
- Minimum three years in open pit mining leadership
- Knowledge of BC Health, Safety, and Reclamation Code
- Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system is an asset
