Elevate student learning as a full time MLS Laboratory Facilitator at Humber's North Campus. Collaborate with faculty to enhance engagement and ensure lab safety during practical sessions. As part of the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences, you will support instructors and manage lab operations to provide an exceptional educational experience.

Your role includes maintaining lab equipment, performing calibrations and repairs, and ensuring the proper handling of hazardous materials. You'll be pivotal in developing innovative lab exercises and supporting research protocols to enrich the student learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare labs and assist with student sample analysis
- Assist faculty in lab equipment use and procedures




- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for lab equipment
- Ensure safe handling of equipment and biohazardous waste
- Maintain communication about operating procedures with staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Sciences or equivalent
- Advanced diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Registered MLT with CMLTO
- Minimum three years relevant MLS laboratory experience
- Experience in industry settings is a bonus
