Summary

We are a medical specialist clinic located in Willoughby Town Centre, Langley, seeking a part time Medical Office Assistant , Experience with Plexia EMR is an asset, as is fluency in Pilipino or Korean , Vietnamese . Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks.
- Handle patient inquiries and follow-up communications.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with billing and insurance documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.




- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective patient care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Office Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems. plexia EMR
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus( fluency in Filipino or Korean , Vietnamese )
