- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans
- Manage a community caseload with proactive communication
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound and medication management




- Educate clients and families on treatments and symptom management
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and manage visit schedules Requirements:
- Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Solid critical-thinking and clinical assessment skills
