The same busy Edmonton multi-family builder we work with is also looking for a Project Coordinator to keep their construction team organized across several active wood-frame and concrete developments.
This is a solid stepping-stone role for someone who wants to build toward a Project Manager career in residential construction.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the Project Manager across multiple active multi-family sites
- Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
- Coordinate subtrade scheduling and material deliveries
- Help pull together budgets, schedules, and progress reports
- Keep project files and documentation organized and current
- Liaise with subtrades, consultants,
and municipal contacts as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 2+ years as a Project Coordinator in multi-family or residential construction
- Detail-oriented and organized; doesn't let things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable with project management and scheduling software
- Strong written and verbal communicatorConstruction Management education is an asset
About the Job
This is a permanent role with a base salary in the $60,000 to $85,000 range depending on experience, plus benefits, and a solid launchpad for a Project Manager career.
