The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced executive who has successfully led complex, multi‑unit or multi‑business operations. Experience within hospitality, wellness, luxury service, lifestyle, food & beverage, retail, or other high‑touch consumer businesses is highly relevant, although leadership capability and commercial acumen are more important than experience within any single sector.

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

- 10+ years of progressive senior business or operational leadership experience.
- Significant P&L; responsibility and demonstrated success driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
