This role will operate front-end loaders as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product. Operate loaders to keep production line stocked with raw materials Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies Load materials into the aggregate silo Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods Properly label product and package product for inventory Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 3 years of prior front-end loader experience Able to work extended shifts when required Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program We are a collection of hundreds of family businesses, regional companies and large enterprises that together form the CRH family.
