Bailey Electronics in Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to oversee the introduction of current products from concept to production. You will coordinate across departments, manage projects, and ensure quality and performance standards throughout development.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Lean manufacturing, DFMEA/PFMEA, and cross-functional project leadership, with hands-on testing and process validation experience.
