Richardson International is seeking a Mill Operator to run the oat milling line and support production in our City, Province location. You will handle grain cleaning, kilning, flaking, and oat flour systems while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A robust focus on documentation and safety is essential.
