You will assess patients, create and evaluate treatment plans, and document care efficiently using Point Click Care. Additionally, you will train staff on best practices for resident handling and therapeutic interventions to enhance independence and mobility. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for residents
- Document care in Point Click Care and use interRAI LTCF
- Provide adaptive equipment for residents and assess mobility needs




- Educate staff on proper lifting techniques and therapeutic surfaces
- Develop small group programs and evaluate cognitive competency Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with registration in Ontario
- ADP Authorizer status from the Ministry of Health
- 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and excellent communication skills
