This independent contract role allows you to create your schedule while assessing and treating clients in their homes. You'll be responsible for maintaining clinical records, collaborating with care teams, and communicating effectively with clients to guide their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients and revise treatment programs
- Maintain clinical records as per skilled standards
- Document assessment results and client progress
- Collaborate with care team members as needed
- Guide those assisting in the Occupational Therapy program Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists
- Minimum two years of Occupational Therapy experience
