Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting the team, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting functions.

Responsibilities

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
- Manage and maintain electronic and hard-copy files and records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process customer billing and invoices.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer accounts and payments.
- Maintain organized office records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.




- Assist with team coordination and management as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience in an administrative, office administration, or office management role.
- Solid payroll experience is required.
- QuickBooks Online experience is required.
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer billing, and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of general clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Proficiency with phone systems, computers, and standard office equipment.
- Excellent file and records management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous team management or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

WAGE/SALARY: Based on Experience

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
