JUST HR is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to provide hands-on, on-site HR leadership at our industrial operation. You will work directly with site leadership and employees across multiple groups to strengthen culture, support growth, and build trusted relationships.

You will bring 5+ years of HR experience in industrial environments, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning, plus robust communication and a commitment to Indigenous engagement.
