Based in Ontario, Quiet Cabins combines thoughtful design, practical functionality, and strong customer service. As we continue expanding across Canada, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded marketing intern who wants hands-on experience building a growing brand.

About the Role

Quiet Cabins is seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Design Intern to help strengthen our online presence, improve our marketing materials, and support customer and dealer acquisition.

This is a hands-on role for someone interested in branding, digital advertising, website design, content creation, and sales-focused marketing. You will work closely with the sales and management teams to turn product information and customer needs into clear, persuasive campaigns and materials.

This is not limited to scheduling social media posts. You will contribute to projects that directly influence how Quiet Cabins presents its products, generates leads, and converts prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent Quiet Cabins brand identity across digital and printed platforms.
- Create social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, product highlights, project showcases, and educational posts.
- Help plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.




- Review campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion data.
- Update website pages, product information, images, and promotional content.
- Support website design improvements focused on mobile responsiveness, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Research and implement basic SEO improvements for product pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Create brochures, product comparisons, presentations, dealer materials, and other sales-support resources.
- Simplify technical product information into marketing materials that customers and dealers can understand quickly.
- Conduct competitor, customer, and industry research to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
- Monitor social media engagement and help maintain a qualified, responsive online presence.
- Collaborate with sales and management to support product launches, promotions, trade shows, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaign results, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, social media marketing, and brand development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to communicate product information clearly and persuasively.
- Basic graphic design and content-creation abilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Interest in web design, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and conversion optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency.
- Comfortable reviewing basic performance data and using it to improve campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable contributing ideas in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, management, and external partners.
- Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Toronto.
