As a Human Resources Advisor , you will be a key partner to our manufacturing operations and an significant contributor to the employee experience.
Through a strong on-the-floor presence, you will support managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and talent development. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a tangible impact on workplace culture and operational success. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Availability and flexibility to occasionally adjust your schedule to support operational teams across different shifts when required (day, evening and night).
Excellent
French communication skills, both written and verbal. What will your responsibilities be as a Human Resources Advisor? Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to support performance, employee engagement, and talent development objectives.
Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary matters. Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance and consistency. Support investigations, employee matters, and administrative follow-ups when required.
Contribute to recognition programs, onboarding initiatives, employee engagement activities, and various HR projects. Manage workplace injury files and related claims administration. First and foremost, we are looking for an authentic individual to help us fulfill our mission.
