Retailors is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Head Office team in Toronto, onsite at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, with regular travel to GTA stores.

You'll provide front-line end-user and remote support, cover POS and ERP systems, manage Windows OS, AD/AAD, and perform hardware deployments, printer and network troubleshooting, plus MDM administration. Some after-hours support is required.
