At Amilia, we build tech that powers recreation and community organizations — and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us shape the narrative of our platform, drive adoption, and bring measurable value to our clients. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy and messaging for key modules, collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
You’ll connect deeply with customers through interviews and advisory groups, translate insights into compelling stories, and ensure every launch is impactful. You’re a builder, a communicator, and a collaborator who loves turning customer pain points into product opportunity — and then telling that story in a way that lands. Own positioning and messaging for core product areas,
grounded in real customer pain points Plan and execute multi-channel launches (emails, in-product, social, decks, webinars, etc.) Customer Insights Conduct interviews, research, and advisory groups to capture customer needs and feedback Build customer-facing materials that speak directly to real use cases and user personas Help align product capabilities with GTM strategies and ensure transparent internal communication Comfortable with enterprise customers — from interviews to advisory groups Data-savvy and able to turn data into actionable insights Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience with accounting software is a plus French fluency is an asset A competitive and progressive salary
