Internship Overview

As Operations Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in Canada’s agriculture and food industry. Students will build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real projects that support our business, customers, and communities.

Day to Day





- Assisting with grain handling and sorting, including supporting truck loading activities and conducting sample testing
- Handling and delivering crop input products
- Field and crop scouting duties as required
- Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Performing exceptional customer service duties

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, Mechanical Techniques, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in agriculture industry and practices
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full time availability for a 4-month term, May – Aug.
