About the role
We're looking for an Operations Manager to own the planning and execution of our installation and relocation projects. Reporting to [Owner / General Manager], you will be the link between clients, field crews, and the office — making sure every job is properly scoped, staffed, scheduled, and delivered on time with minimal disruption to our clients' business.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily installation, moving, decommissioning, and reconfiguration projects
- Lead, schedule,
and develop installation crews and subcontractors across multiple concurrent job sites
- Coordinate site visits, pre-installation planning, logistics, and post-installation follow-up
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, dealers, and furniture manufacturers
- Manage equipment, vehicles, warehouse inventory, and materials
- Track project costs, labour hours, and margins against estimates
- Define and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, damage rates, safety, and client satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety standards on all job sites and maintain WSIB and site compliance documentation
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rework
