Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Officer to support our Power of Attorney (POA) team in Mississauga. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaborative teamwork and independent problem-solving, providing an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in assisting clients by reviewing legal and financial documents, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and company policies. Your attention to detail and decision-making skills will be vital as you work to meet strict service level agreements while supporting clients with their financial needs. This position promises valuable skilled connections, potential for extension or conversion, and the chance to work with a leading financial services provider.

Required Skills:

- Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- 2-4 years of banking experience, ideally with client interaction and product knowledge
- Experience working in SLA-based roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable using AI technology
- Strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Nice-to-Have Skills:





- Legal experience, especially with government or legal documents
- Familiarity with Power of Attorney (POA) files

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Post-secondary education
- 2-4 years of relevant banking experience, with a background as a Financial Advisor or similar
