Work Location Luxury In Transit Collection of Homes, in Old Montreal Status Full-time Working Schedule: 40 hours/week from Thursday to Monday Responsibilities include Verification of reservations made via our web site and third parties to ensure they comply with our policies and procedures Responding to various guests inquiries and sending our recommendations Coordinating between different teams and departments to ensure efficiency of hotel operations and make each stay memorable with positive experience for guests Effectively ensuring smooth arrivals for guests Collaborating in inventory management and suite inspection Ensuring compliance with hotel standards, policies, house rules, and procedures Performing various administrative tasks related to reservations and different departments Keeping the database up to date to ensure the accuracy of various report productions Participating in meetings to stay informed about ongoing promotions, availability, different rates, etc.

Skills and Requirements Leadership, autonomy, and a proven sense of customer service Very good sense of responsibility, organisation, and prioritisation in a fast-paced workplace Ability to manage special requests, customer complaints, and complex situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills. Knowledge of hotel management software is an asset Availability to work weekends and holidays Requirements High-school diploma; a college degree in hospitality or tourism is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of experience Very good knowledge of English and French, both oral and written
