Gray Collection is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support for the Ottawa hotel and restaurant operations, reporting to the HR Director, Corporate. The role helps align HR strategies with operational needs and collaborates with the Hotel General Manager through a dotted-line relationship.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in hospitality, with solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
