OUTBOUND LOADING SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: REGINA, SK

SHIFT HOURS: Monday- Friday, 4:00 AM TO 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee outbound dock operations to ensure freight is loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Coordinate loading activities to minimize errors, misdirects, and freight damage.
- Work closely with dispatch, drivers, customers and management to support efficient operations.
- Monitor trailer departures and ensure service commitments are met.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices and company policies.
- Train, coach,



and support dock employees to achieve operational goals.
- Complete required documentation and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable commercial drivers abstract
- Experience in freight, warehouse or transportation operations
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
