IWK Health in Halifax is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant II for a temporary short-assignment (40% FTE) until February 2027. Start ASAP.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to Rehabilitation Services teams, manage communications, documents, scheduling, and data entry, and assist with budget tracking and office operations. The role requires a high school diploma or secretarial diploma, and experience with MS Office and medical terminology.
