- Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using electronic medical records systems.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly.
- Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accuracy across digital platforms
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient charts.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with chiropractors and support staff to optimize daily flow.
- Handle billing processes, insurance verifications,



and payment collections with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area while adhering to clinic policies on confidentiality and privacy.

Experience

- Prior experience as a chiropractic or medical receptionist is highly preferred, especially within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and direct billing third party insurance companies an asset
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated office experience in busy front desk environments handling multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
